• Cima di Rapa 40 Days — fast-harvest broccoli raab. Sow in summer, eat in autumn. The classic Italian side dish.
• Pak Choi — vigorous and quick to mature. Mild flavour, excellent in soups and stir-fries.
• Red Cabbage Tete Noire 3 — frost-resistant winter cabbage. Dense purple heads, stores for months.
• Cauliflower Verona Tardivo — late winter heritage cauliflower. Harvests when nothing else is available.

Sow June to August. Harvest October through March. No polytunnel required.
