Garden-to-Table Recipe
Fresh Cherry Tomato & Basil Pasta for Four

Ingredients
300 g cherry tomatoes, halved
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
4 tbsp extra‑virgin olive oil
300 g spaghetti or linguine
A handful of fresh basil leaves
Sea salt and black pepper
Grated Parmesan to serve

Method
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
Meanwhile, warm the olive oil in a pan and gently sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 5–7 minutes until they soften and release their juices.
Drain the pasta and toss it directly into the pan with the tomatoes. Add basil, salt and pepper, and mix gently.
Serve immediately with freshly grated Parmesan.
