BloomySeeds is owned and operated by Dario Addabbo, trading as BloomySeeds, based in Longford, Ireland. We take your privacy seriously and will never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

📋 What information we collect

When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, email address, delivery address and payment details. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe or PayPal and is never stored on our servers.

If you sign up to our newsletter, we store your email address and use it to send you gardening tips, sowing guides and occasional offers from BloomySeeds.

🔒 How we use your information

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, communicate with you about your purchases, and send you our newsletter if you have opted in. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

⏱️ How long we keep your data

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and in accordance with applicable Irish and EU law. 💾 Where we store your data

Your data is stored and processed using the following cloud-based services: Hostinger (website hosting and WooCommerce store), Omnisend (email marketing), Stripe and PayPal (payment processing). No customer data is stored in paper files. Each of these providers operates under their own Data Processing Agreements and complies with GDPR requirements.

Only Dario Addabbo, as sole trader and data controller, has access to customer data. No third party has access to your personal information for marketing or any other purpose.

📱 Social media and direct messaging

BloomySeeds operates business accounts on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. We may share images of products, seeds and growing content. We do not photograph or tag customers without their explicit consent.

We may communicate with customers via WhatsApp Business, Instagram Direct and Facebook Messenger. These platforms process data under their own privacy policies. We do not store personal conversations beyond 12 months and do not share the content of direct messages with any third party.

If you contact us via social media, please be aware that your messages are subject to that platform’s privacy policy in addition to ours.
