πŸ“¦ Wrong or damaged order

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Take a photo if you can and send it to dario@bloomyseeds.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund straight away.

↩️ Change of mind

Because seeds are a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once the order has been dispatched. Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a variety before buying, we are happy to help.
