Ingredients
300 g Black Cherry tomatoes, halved
1 fresh burrata (200 g)
2 tbsp extra‑virgin olive oil
1 tsp balsamic glaze
Fresh basil leaves
Sea salt and black pepper

Method
Arrange the halved tomatoes on a serving plate and season with salt and pepper. Place the burrata in the centre and drizzle with olive oil and a light touch of balsamic glaze. Finish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately as a refined summer appetiser
