Most gardens stop producing in October. These do not.
Five brassicas that thrive in cold, wet Irish conditions. They do not just survive frost. Some of them taste better because of it.
What you get
- Cavolo Nero Lacinato di Toscana — Tuscan black kale. The star of winter soups and stir-fries. Frost improves the flavour.

- Pak Choi — vigorous and quick to mature. Mild flavour, excellent in soups and stir-fries.
- Red Cabbage Tete Noire 3 — frost-resistant winter cabbage. Dense purple heads, stores for months.
- Cauliflower Verona Tardivo — late winter heritage cauliflower. Harvests when nothing else is available.
