Vintage Matador is a traditional spinach variety valued for its large, smooth leaves with light blistering and excellent flavour. This mid-early heirloom forms compact, productive plants that are slow to bolt and well suited to cooler growing conditions.

Highly resilient and easy to grow, Vintage Matador performs reliably in Irish gardens and can be sown for much of the year. The tender leaves are ideal for fresh salads as well as cooked dishes, wilting and sautÃĐing.
