Organic Bionda Ricciolina is a frilly Italian heritage lettuce with soft blond-green leaves and crisp stalks. Cut-and-come-again variety, so you cut what you need and the plant keeps growing. One sowing gives you weeks of fresh salad.

Certified organic seed. Grows well in containers, window boxes and garden beds. The frilly leaves look beautiful on the plate and hold dressing well. Sow every two to three weeks for a continuous harvest.

ðŸŒą Sowing information
Sow directly in well drained, fertile soil from mid-February to end of September. Sow thinly in shallow drills for a continuous supply.

☀ïļ Light exposure
Prefers full sun to partial shade. Some shade in summer helps prevent bolting and maintains tenderness.

💧 Water needs
Water regularly to keep soil evenly moist. Consistent hydration ensures crisp, non-bitter leaves.

ðŸŒĄïļ Germination temperature & time
Seeds germinate best at 10-20°C, typically within 7-14 days.

📏 Plant spacing & final size
Thin seedlings to 20-25 cm apart. Forms loose, frilly rosettes ideal for repeated cutting.
