Red Cabbage ‘Tête Noire 3’ is a superb frost resistant variety, prized for its firm, dense, and deeply coloured round heads. A Christmas favourite, its sweet flavour intensifies after frost, making it perfect for traditional braised sweet-and-sour dishes, hearty winter slaws, and festive recipes.
