Wild Strawberry is a charming perennial that produces dozens of small, bright red berries with an intensely sweet and aromatic flavour. Nothing like cultivated strawberries. More flavour in one tiny fruit than in a punnet from the supermarket.
Compact and naturally elegant, it works as ground cover, edging, or in containers. Once established, it comes back every year and spreads gently. The berries are a favourite with children, who will eat them all before you get a chance.
