Verona Precoce is an early heritage cauliflower from Verona with large, dense, cream-coloured heads. Ready for harvest from November through January. A reliable variety that has been grown in northern Italy for generations in conditions not unlike Irish weather.

Sow in spring for an autumn and early winter harvest. The heads are tender with a sweet, clean cauliflower flavour. Excellent roasted, steamed, or made into a gratin.

Cauliflower ‘Of Verona Precoce’ is a prized early heritage variety from Verona, forming large, dense, cream-coloured heads. Ready for harvest from November through January (approximately 80 days to maturity), it is an excellent choice for extending the fresh vegetable season into winter. Its mild, nutty flavour is perfect for roasting, curries, or as a classic side. This packet contains approximately 800 seeds.

ðŸŒą Sow May-Jul in a seedbed or modules for transplanting.
☀ïļ Prefers full sun. A bright, open site is essential for good growth.
