Vintage Costa Verde Swiss Chard, often called Perpetual Spinach, is a resilient and productive leafy green grown for its smooth, tender leaves. Although technically a beet, it is harvested for its spinach-like foliage and mild, versatile flavour.

Unlike true spinach, this variety is slow to bolt and continues producing fresh leaves over a long period. Easy to grow and low maintenance, it is ideal for gardeners looking for a steady supply of nutritious greens throughout the season.
