Vintage Blond is a slow-bolting crisphead lettuce with compact heads, crisp tender leaves and a mild sweet flavour. It stays good in the garden longer than most varieties before running to seed, which means less waste and more eating.
Well suited to Irish springs and summers. Part of the Vintage 1928 range with the original Franchi catalogue artwork on the packet. Sow from March to July for harvests through the warmer months.
