Two packets of seed. A dozen pots on the patio. Fresh strawberries all summer.
No runners. No fuss. Alpine strawberries grow as compact plants that produce continuously from June to October, and come back every year.
What you get
- Strawberry Quattro Stagioni — four-season everbearing alpine variety. Small, sweet berries from June through to the first frost. Compact plants, perfect for pots and edging.
- Wild Strawberry — the original woodland strawberry. Tiny fruit with extraordinary flavour. Thrives in partial shade where nothing else wants to grow.
Sow February to May indoors. Germination takes two to four weeks. Once established, these plants produce for years.
